Terri Mickens, CCIM:

         Terri's background in sales and marketing of business throughout New York City has provided her with the necessary platform in specializing in Corporate Retail Development and Leasing. Primary focus includes brokering the sale of large investment properties in both the Retail and Office sectors.  She also has experience in the management and sale of larger multi-unit residential complexes.

 

Jim Fondi:

         Jim has been with Coldwell Banker since 1987. First as a residential agent followed by 2 years as a loan officer for a local mortgage company. During the 90's Jim was introduced to the REO segment of Real Estate and was involved in over 100 foreclosure sales.  After many years helping his clients make foreclosure investments, he used his experience to purchase and acquire his own investments and manages nine of his own rental properties.  Jim has experience in the self storage market and has a attended many work shops involving that market.  As a local resident for over 45 years he has a great understanding of the area and looks forward to assisting clients specifically in the investment REO market and Self Storage Business.
